I majored in Technical and Professional Writing at the University of South Florida. After graduating, I worked in new product engineering for the global leader in aerospace filtration developing technical proposals, test procedures and reports and internal process documentation.

I balanced my day job with freelancing writing which gave me the opportunity to work with some really creative people who are know how to hustle. I have written blog posts for inbound marketing agencies, software development firms, service-based businesses and e-commerce developers. I have also developed eBooks, case studies, white papers, government and commercial proposals, procedural manuals and software manuals.

My approach is to fully embrace the goal of the final piece; whether that is brand recognition, lead generation, education or conversion and to do with content that is succinct, compelling and, most of all, valuable. I work closely with my clients to ensure that their voice comes through.

For me, content is not simply about filling a page; it is about creating something that serves the reader and keeps them coming back for more.
